Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes or events outside our control.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after inspection.
